Nail Spa At Home

Hey girlies! I hope you all doing great!

Today’s post is really interesting yet very economical too. I know how much we girls spend to pamper ourselves and to take good care of our skin, hairs, nails and body. Today I’m going to share easy and economical nail spa that you can do at home without facing any problems and with ingredients from your kitchen shelf.

Things you’ll need:

  • A bowl
  • Luke warm water
  • Lemon juice
  • Baking soda powder
  • Towel
  • Nail filer
  • Hand cream/ body lotion
  • Cuticle remover

These ingredients are easily available in your nearby shops. Now let’s get started with step by step tutorial. Here we go!!!

STEP 1: Take a bowl and pour lukewarm water in it. Make sure it’s not completely filled. The quantity should be in a manner that your nails are soaked in perfectly.

STEP 2: Add a tea spoon of baking soda powder and lemon juice (half would be more than enough). You’ll see some bubbles as soon as you will add these 2 ingredients.

STEP 3: Soak your nails in the mixture for at least 20-30 minutes. Lemon juice helps to remove all the yellowish stains from the nails and make them healthy. Baking soda makes your nails strong and white too.

STEP 4: Take a damp towel and soak your nails and hands, leaving them partially dry.

STEP 5: Take your filer, and file your each nail at least for 15 times. Make sure you are doing this in one direction, otherwise the nails becomes weak. Next take your cuticle remover tool and chop off the cuticles if there are any. Always try to apply cuticle oil/ cream 2-3 times a day. By doing this, you don’t have to remove cuticles on regular basis.
